About my tour - The neighborhood in the changing course of life

From street gangs and subcultures to the red-light district, I've experienced everything in my life and left nothing out. On my neighborhood tour, I'll tell you all about this wild life in St. Pauli. The focus is on the 1980s to the present day—my active time in the scene and milieu. You will only hear and be told what I have experienced myself. Honest, authentic, and unvarnished—you have my word. A bit of history and the transformation of the neighborhood from red-light district to today's booze tourism are naturally part of it.

The contract for the provision of the activity is concluded exclusively between you and Uncle Jan (“service agreement”). When you purchase Uncle Jan's neighborhood tours at pause & play, you are not purchasing anything from us, but directly from Uncle Jan. Service agreements are concluded by us on behalf of and for the account of Uncle Jan. We act as a commercial agent for Uncle Jan and are commissioned and authorized by Uncle Jan to conclude transactions directly between Uncle Jan and you and on behalf of Uncle Jan and to collect payments from you. We do not act as the organizer, lessor, seller, or other contractual partner in relation to the service agreement with you. We receive a commission from the provider for brokering the service agreement.
