FAQ
Escape rooms are a challenging activity for groups. Our adventures last 60 or 90 minutes. After a brief introduction to the story, you enter a real, authentically designed room. There, you must solve a variety of tasks—together as a team. Once you have solved all the puzzles, you have made it: the exit door opens and you can escape.
Don’t worry: we won’t leave you all alone. Your game master will welcome you and personally look after you throughout the entire event.
And what if you get stuck? Don’t worry. The game masters are watching you from outside and will help you with little hints.
All you need for pause & play is your team, anticipation, and a good mood. Wear comfortable clothing that you feel good in. Although our tasks mainly challenge your brain, you may still break a sweat in some situations—but that’s more likely due to excitement and time pressure. You don’t need to worry about physical activities.
Changing the number of people at a later date is usually not a problem. Please note that you must not exceed or fall below the maximum and minimum capacity of your booked game. The price will then be adjusted to the actual number of people.

No. Our rooms are spacious and players can “free” themselves from the room at any time. You will receive detailed instructions from our game masters on site. If you have any further concerns, please feel free to contact us by email at any time! It is important to us that you feel comfortable with us, and we have been able to accommodate all needs and restrictions so far.
Depending on the room, 4, 6, or 7 people can play at the same time. The minimum number of players is 2 or 4, depending on the room. The number of players is clearly indicated on the room pages.
The age recommendations listed on the room pages are our suggestions. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

Our play areas are barrier-free, but unfortunately our Fililae is not completely accessible. There are three steps to reach our elevator. It has just enough space for a wheelchair (~ 61 cm).
